Exchange & Refund Policy


Your satisfaction is our priority.
  • Customers may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.
  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order, customers are eligible for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges or returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or the mistake was made by Diamont Brand.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible, or by another mutually agreed method after the returned item has been inspected.
  • To request an exchange or refund, please contact our customer support team before returning the product.
